So this is is semi-almost-finished picture of this WIP.

I've still got things to fix like Starmie's shading and the bubbles in the water, but I'm putting this up mostly for feedback because I want tips on improving the water in the pool. So yeah this isn't the final version even though it's pretty close to it. :P

Please help; I want to finish this thing already. ;_;


[EDIT] OKAY! I'm pretty satisfied with it now. Please feel free to point out any small errors for correction though.

Looking at lots of underwater pool pictures and painting it the best I could on and off on photoshop. I actually don't remember the entire painting process because I changed the angle from what I originally wanted it to look like when I couldn't find suitable resources, but it worked out in the end lol. I wanted to put more Pokemon in the picture too but the background got changed and wore me out so I called it a day haha.
